✔️ Can I book for the whole day or several days?

Yes. The Japan On Wheels is available for any long travels, the whole day, for several days, and can be reserved on an hourly or daily basis. Please send your itinerary via email.

✔️ How can I meet the driver?

Our driver will meet you at the pick-up location. Usually, for pick-up in Hotel, a car and driver wait for you in front of the hotel. If your pick-up location is Airport, driver will wait in the arrival hall of the Airport.

✔️ Can a passenger smoke inside the car?

To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, smoking, vaping, drinking, and eating are strictly prohibited on board. If you need a smoke break, just let your driver know, and we'll happily make short stops along the way. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities!

✔️ How can I pay for my trip?

Payment by card or bank transfer is preferred.

In case your destination is in the Lake District, we may request advance payment due to occasional internet unavailability in the area.

If the bookings are multiple days, we kindly ask for a 10-20% deposit (depending on the trip's complexity and cost) to be made at the time of reservation via credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance can be settled directly with the driver using a payment card or bank transfer.
